Our datasets include company intelligence, founder contacts, hiring signals, tech stack data, executive contacts, buyer intent signals, and AI training data. All data is sourced from publicly available sources and delivered in clean verified format.

Data Licensing

1. Upon purchase, HSH Intelligence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased dataset for your internal business purposes only.

2. This license is granted solely to the purchasing entity and may not be transferred to any other individual or organization.

3. You may not use our data to build a competing data product or service.

4. HSH Intelligence retains full ownership of all datasets at all times.

Strict No Reselling Policy

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

1. Reselling our datasets to any third party in any format

2. Redistributing our data in whole or in part to any external individual or organization

3. Sublicensing or granting access to our data to anyone outside the purchasing entity

4. Sharing our datasets via any platform, marketplace, or data exchange

5. Using our data to build, enrich, or power any competing data product or service

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your data license, recovery of all fees paid, and may result in civil legal action for damages. HSH Intelligence actively monitors for unauthorized redistribution of our datasets.

Permitted Use

2. Recruitment and talent sourcing for your own organization

3. Enterprise and custom orders may be subject to separate payment terms agreed in writing

4. All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a dataset has been delivered

Intellectual Property

All content on www.healingsunhaven.com and www.hshintelligence.com including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Healing Sun Haven LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. All datasets remain the intellectual property of HSH Intelligence regardless of who has purchased a license.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSH Intelligence and Healing Sun Haven LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our data products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific dataset giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HSH Intelligence, Healing Sun Haven LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our data products in violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Modifications
