Purpose

HSH Intelligence exists to be the most trusted source of B2B intelligence on the market. We believe that premium data and ethical practices are not opposites. They are the same thing. Every decision we make about how we collect, process, and sell data is guided by one principle — would we be comfortable if every regulator, buyer, and individual in our dataset could see exactly what we are doing. The answer is always yes.

How We Source Our Data

All data published by HSH Intelligence is sourced exclusively from publicly available sources across the open web. We do not purchase stolen data, access private systems, scrape behind authentication walls, or collect any data that requires a login to access. Our collection practices are fully aligned with the legal framework established by the hiQ vs LinkedIn ruling, GDPR Article 6 legitimate interests basis, and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. If a human can access it without credentials, we can collect it. Every source we use is public, legal, and ethically defensible.

Data Quality Standards

Every record goes through a multi stage validation pipeline before it reaches a buyer. Emails are verified against live mail exchange records. Company profiles are cross referenced against multiple independent public sources. Duplicate entries are eliminated. Incomplete or low quality records are excluded from all paid tiers. We maintain internal quality and confidence scores for every record in our system and continuously re enrich our datasets as new public information becomes available. When we say verified, we mean verified.

Security Infrastructure

Our infrastructure operates on enterprise class cloud architecture with strict access controls at every layer. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Storage is protected with AES 256 encryption. Access to raw datasets is governed by role based permissions and fully logged for audit purposes. We do not store any buyer payment information on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI compliant payment infrastructure. Our systems are continuously monitored for unauthorized access, anomalous behavior, and potential vulnerabilities.

What We Do Not Collect

HSH Intelligence does not sell sensitive personal data, private individual information, health records, financial personal data, or any data relating to individuals acting in a personal rather than professional capacity. Every record in our system relates strictly to business entities and professionals operating in their professional capacity. We do not collect data on minors under any circumstances. We do not collect data from private social profiles, personal email addresses, or any source that requires authentication to access.

Compliance

HSH Intelligence operates in full compliance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CASL. We maintain internal compliance documentation, data processing records, and vendor security assessments.
